Ms. Erin Koelling
Hello! My name is Erin Koelling and I am the second grade teacher here at SCCA. I graduated from the University of Missouri-St. Louis with a degree in the Science of Education. I am certified in both elementary and cross categorical special education (K-12). I have been teaching here at SCCA since 2021, before working here I taught at Holy Cross Academy for four years. SCCA has been such a blessing! My favorite things about working here are my coworkers and the family environment . I love being able to work in the building where I once attended school (SJA alumni, class of 2007).
Mrs. Lynn Higgins Second Grade Teacher
Hi, my name is Lynn Higgins and I'm thrilled to be teaching second grade at SCCA! My over 25 years of teaching includes being both a classroom and special education teacher, with certifications in elementary education grades 1-6, Special Education K-12, and a master's degree in multidisciplinary studies. I'm from St. Louis, and went to Catholic schools for both elementary and high school. I enjoy working in my garden, travelling and hiking. My husband John and I are the proud parents of one daughter, Molly and our dog, Betty. I love how SCCA provides a positive and supportive environment for students, staff and families. I'm looking forward to a great year ahead!
